Shipping Method:

Please contact us to discuss the issue and advise you of the returns at info@mammabebe.com.

All items returned must be in as new condition and unused, in original packaging. We will be unable to accept returns unless these conditions are met.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. 
Refunds do not include original shipping and handling charges.

 

Mamma Bebe will not be held responsible for any damage to a purchased product resulting from improper use or handling. Please read the manufacturer’s instructions for correct handling and use of your item.

 

Delivery and shipping fees are not refundable.

Normal mail We've included normal postage in all our items' prices.
Registered mail Add SGD$2.24 to the total invoice (Trackable: http://www.singpost.com/ra/ra_article_status.asp)
Courier Service $8;  heavy and bulky items $15.00
Self-collection By appointment ( my place near Admiralty MRT, unless otherwise stated)

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 TO NOTE

  • Orders will only be mailed/ sent out AFTER we have received payment (in the case of cheques, after clearance) 
  • We will NOT be responsible for packages lost in the mail for normal post
  • Delivery will be made within 5 working days.
  • Timing of delivery is between 9 to 11 pm.
  • International standard airmail rates apply  
  • Any tax or custom duties incurred will have to be borne by customer
